What is the diagnosis for this medical question? -

A 67 year old retired roofer presented to his primary care physician s office for a routine follow-up visit for hypertension. He was noted to have a bandaid on his face. Upon questioning, the patient noted that he had a quot;pimplequot; on his face that had bled profusely in the past several days. Physical examination revealed a pearly nodule with overlying telangiectasia.

sounds like a basal cell carcinoma -- classic description !
