Taking 2 g fish or soy oil capsule daily for 3 weeks may boost heart function in the elderly people.

a dietary approach to control hypertension is limiting your sodium intake. You would be surprised how much salt (sodium) is in ordinary food. Drink plenty of water, this helps also.
