want suggestion for the right time to take stamlo beta BP tablets daily for a mild hypertension wether it should be imm after breakfast or anytime This is for 45 years male

I think the most important thing is to take any medication like that at the same time of day and with a meal. In other words, whatever meal you eat at the most regular time of day would probably be best.

I take mine first thing in the morning.

the best suitable dose is in afternoon after launch because Normally when your taking launch in after noon there is possibility to increase your blood Pressure so its beter to take the dose in afternoon after launch but regulary same time every day.
