What are the causes for the high level of uric acid in blood? -

Iam aged 53, male and vegetarian. my blood has uric acid level 7 to 9 ml/dl and often develop renal stones (uric acid stones-not visible on x ray and dissolves with intake of alkalisers /echogenic with ultra sound scans) Are there ways to reduce the high levels of uric acid without going for medication. Hypertension and a high level of triglycerides{ 200 to 240} and low HDL {30 to35} and LDL 130 to 140 levels are also there.

Just drink much more water than you do now - at least 2 litres a day and keep away from acidic fruits.

Your kidneys are in trouble. I think the only way that can help you is through medication.

Avoid any beverage with alcohol content Avoid coffee. Avoid legumes and cabbages. Drink lots of water.

High level of uric acid in blood may b due to high nutritional intake of proteins in diet.

The only reason is that your kidney is not able to filter out the urea level from your body. The kidneys are unable to function properly. To set it right , you may have to visit a Homoeopathic physician in Delhi. Dr. Kalyan Bannerjee, opposite Shiv Mandir, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi-110019. He has cured several patients having similar problems. His charges for consultation are Rs.350/ per visit + medicines. Please visit him once and see for yourself that you are cured for ever.

Have your creatinine checked. Could be you are diabetic or have kidney failure or both.
