Can anyone Help ? medicqtion problems? -

Diabetic with Hypertension. with renal involvement Medications for these problems seems to make the problems worse. Well meaning Specialists do not understand. Instead of loweriing blood pressure anithypertenisves elevate. My system seems to be sensitive to many things. INtolerant of dairy products and yeasts and now allergic to prawns. Previously very helathy, but have had alot of stress oveer a number of years. Can anyone please help

Calcium can sometimes lower blood pressure if you are low in calcium. Eating rice can sometimes lower blood pressure by maybe absorbing sodium in the gut...

I don t see how meds for high blood pressure elevate blood pressure. With renal involvement, you mean protein in urine? And to top this off most specialists are dumber that we are. Only in it for money. They don t care how much you suffer. Also when are you taking blood pressure? lie down for 15 minutes and then take. Pressure is normally high when we are active.Meds for high pressure just make you pee ,to eliminate excess volume of blood. Hope you have ins. Cause 6 yrs ago I just had routine sugar test, $549 . Doctors and health care are nothing but scams. But what do we do without them. Gov. won t let us have cheap effective drugs. In Thailand I use to pay $2 for avandia, $7 in US . and avandia is not effective.. Metformin is.. I pay 2 cents a pill here in Thailand. What do you pay in US. also I pay $4 to see doctor, and he don t rush me out , he finds out how I really am. My HBA1C is 5.6 with thai doc. in Us they couldn t control it. Wouldn t give me drugs that were effective, only the costly ones. Enough said. Learn all you can about this terrible disease. So you can tell doc. what you need.

you need to find that one doctor to help you keep going till you find the right one for you. this is the answer for all your problems. you have to do this cause no one can help this. its very important you do this now.
