heart ,,ecg,blood urea and electrolytes ,cbc ,and echo cardiogram are enough to diagnose majority ,if more advanced need catherization ,,peptic ulcer ,there is a new breath test for helicobacter pylori ,and endoscopy ,,hypertension a simple bp measurement and if suspected secondary related hormonal anlaysis ,or renal fuction testing ,urine testing

ECG, Echo and hagiography for heart problems and barium test for ulcer.Blood pressure can be tested on ordinary sphignomanometer.(BP Testing equipment)

For heart, 2D Echo, 3D Echo, 3DCCG, Angiogram, Stress Thallium, ECG etc. For stomach, go for sonography. If you go to a good ayurveda doctor who knows pulse diagnosis, he will do it for you by checking your pulse. You need not undergo all these tests.
