Occasional white spots on hands/feet.. blood flow probs? (with pic)? -

Heres a pic of my hand when its acting up spots of paleness spread and recede at random. I guess its loss of blood press, but I have high BP (doc said I had the kind that spiked up and down severely, along with my emotions- some form of hyper hypertension), not low. There is no numbness, and no amount of arm flailing or muscle flexing will make them go away... they just appear and go away on their own. This may be related to my other weird problem ( I tunnel vision out immediately, and often faint, during an out of breath laughing/coughing fit), or maybe something else is wrong with me.. :/ I would have gone to get checked, but atm I m without medical insurance... so I m asking for opinions here to see if it ever seems serious enough that I d be willing to goto a hospital and pay out of pocket for care. (cant get BP med perscriptions without insurance either, apparently)

I wish I could give you a more informative answer, but I have the same issue.. and I ve never worried enough about it to go to the doctor over it. I ve noticed it most often whenever there s a temperature change. For what it s worth I have low blood pressure, it s -always- low, maybe that has something to do with it? Sorry I couldn t be of more assistance.
