Can i use nicorette gum if i smoke b lack and milds? -

my health is at risk now im 17 and ive been smoking for a really long time my doctor says my blood is starting to thicken plus im being tested for hypertension and thats contributing to it so yeah i need to quit im focused on getting the gum but does it makes since? I dont want to make the mistake and get hooked on nicotine when its not certain if black and milds have any if none at all thanks ppl.
