I want to gain 20 to 40 pounds as a challenge(and challenge myself how i could lose it as fast)? -

any tips without risking hypertension or liver damage? i m male, 5 8quot; tall and 135 pounds heavy.

ooooh! not healthy at all, but i guess if you really really want to then do no more than 20 b/c those 20 will increase your tryglycerides and make it harder to lose the weight, plus all fat cells remain in your body they only skrink so it ll be even easier for you to gain the weight back. start by eating healthier foods in excess with treats of course so you enjoy it! but still remember not to eat all the sweets at once and drink plenty of water to flush out and toxic buildup from your sudden increase. good luck!

WHY?! you could do that, but losing weight fast isn t the quot;healthyquot; way, but to lose the weight, you could starve yourself and exercise for like 7 hours straight. if you have that time.
