What can these symptoms mean? I am a 22 yr. old female.? -

I already have a pacemaker, pots syndrome, heart arrhythmias, right to left intrapulmonary shunt, asthma, ibs, chronic uti and sinusitis s. I am going to see a pulmonary hypertension specialist in 1 month. I have been waiting 4 months. Chest pressure and pain, dizziness epescially standing upright, shortness of breath with any excertion, and tightness in throat, and weakness.

See your doctor!

sounds like your blood circulation is not what it should be...

You need to go to the ER NOW. Trust me. NEVER mess with chest pain and/or shortness of breath---especially when you have a serious heart condition. Please go now.

Sounds like COPD. This can be alleviated but not cured with oxygen and blood thinners. You are awfully young for such a condition, though. Auto-immune diseases also come to mind, exspecially scleroderma which not only attacks the skin but also internal organs. My thoughts are with you.

Dam that sucks i will pray for you. You might got cancer

OMG girl you have already been through a lot... are you allergic to latex because the pacemaker and shunt are sometimes made with latex materials that could be causing an allergic reaction even if you haven t had any problems with latex in the past an allergy could have developed. Best of luck infinding out what the problem is and with teatment. God Bless

My question to you is are these symptoms new or have they been there for a while. If these are new I think you should go to the ER. If not and you have been checked out by a physician for these use your judgment about seeing a doc but this doesn t sound like something you should play around with.

How long has this been going on? You need to see a doctor before a month from now. Don t hesitate to call 9-1-1. You should take it easy and not get up and move around any more than necessary. If you don t have help, set up station beside the sofa or your bed. I d go for which is the closest to the bathroom. You need a phone, small cooler with drinks and snacks. Non perishable single serve food items. Magazines and anything you can think of to help keep you from getting up to get it. Don t forget your meds! Does your doctor know about all these symptoms? You have a long month ahead of you. Take it easy and if you get scared...call 9-1-1!!!

You may have diabetes since chilhood.

The best thing you can do about most of your problem is quot;PRANAYAMquot; It is a part of Yoga. An exercise of lungs and breath to pump oxygent to the vital part of your body. Do it 30 minute daily according to your capacity. If you could do it reglularly you will see the result yourself to all of your problem. Mail me if you have any doubt or question

I wouldn t wait. go in and see an urgent care doctor the more you make noise, make them listen this is your health
