Can there be a treatment or interventions now for an ejection fraction lt;22%LV caused by uncontrollable HTN? -

Uncontrollable Hypertension Long Term

Yes, there are a number of treatments for controlling HTN, as well as improving EF. (Heart failure is nowhere near as daunting as it used to be.) See for more on treatments for heart failure. I also recommend a couple of Yahoo groups (search on their names): bloodpressureline (for difficult to treat hypertension) cardiomyopathy (for heart failure)

Coreg, Lasix, Enalapril, Digioxin.
