Those are all preexisting conditions? Or just what the doctor has said is going on? Unfortuantely, does sound like your mother s heart is getting pretty tired...not necessarily malfuncioning; just working hard on a regular basis with many serious co-morbidities. Our bodies are not machines that never fail...enjoy the time you have left.
