Etiological factors for congestive heart failure? -

Below are 4 etiological factors for congestive heart failure..can anyone explain to me how each one contributes to congestive heart failure..? I ve tried to look up on the net but the information is far to vague. Systemic hypertension pericarditis Thrombosis Atherosclerosis Thanku..x

hypertension causes the heart muscle to work harder and enlarge pericarditis is fluid around the heart which impedes its functioning thrombosis is blood vessels blocked by cl;ots which obviously cause abnormal or lack of heart function depending where its at atherosclerosis is thickening of the art walls which causes the heart to work harder all of these together cause the heart function to decrease and the heart muscle to weaken causing heart failure
