WALKING. Basically exercise can help you hypertension as well as the swelling. You blood needs to start flowing better in your extremities. My aunt had this same problem and was on hypertension med too. Doc told her it was due to lack of exercise and sure enough, once she started walking (just around the block even!), her swelling disappeared.

your questions is too vague to actually give you an anser that will do good to your health... and i wouldnt expect you to give the required info off th top of your head... thats why i think you should really see your doctor who can ask you questions face to face... can examine your legs and take the right course of action... dont procrastinate when it comes to health...

orthopedic socks. elevate your feet above your heart level when possible. soak in epsom salts.

first soak them in warm water and Epsom salt then rest them in a position higher than the rest of your body, feel better!

the one i know about is to relax with your feet up..having them at a level above your heart...this will give you more of an even circulation throughout your body..

Try elevating your feet. But given your history, if that doesn t help, you need to get back in to see your doctor.

Peppermint oil helps. You have to reduce the toxins in your system which easily done if you start having hot water with lemon in it every morning. Adding a lot of lemon to your diet helps too. Other than that.......feet up above your heart and rest!

when you go to bed at night, try to prop up your feet with a pillow under your sheet .........By morning you will see swelling down considerably,,,,,,,,,,,,,,The only problem is if you are on your feet a lot during the day, same thing will have to be done..........Drink water as much as possible....stay of pop or softdrinks..
